• Pet Rent: $20 per pet, monthly
• Vaccination: All dogs must be current with all vaccinations and proof must be provided to office. You must also provide a photo of your pet.

No animal is allowed without consent. No animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, amphibians, arachnids, and insects are allowed, even temporarily, unless given written permission by management. If permission is given for an animal, you must sign a separate animal addendum, and as stated in the addendum, pay an animal deposit. All assistance or support animals must be approved in advance by management and a request for reasonable accommodation form must be filled out. The need for an accommodation and proof of disability as defined by law, will be verified with your doctor. No deposit will be charged for verified assistance animals

Here at The Crossing you’ll find pet stations located throughout the property for your convenience as we do require you to pick up after your pet. We can’t wait to meet your four-legged friend!
